By accessing or using UltraNote AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UltraNote Infinity ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Service.

UltraNote AI provides AI-powered content creation services including:

• AI Text Generation using local language models
• Text-to-Speech synthesis
• AI Image Generation

All AI processing is performed locally on our infrastructure. Your data is never shared with third-party AI providers.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in compliance with EU regulations.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce deepfakes or misleading content designed to deceive
• Generate content involving minors inappropriately
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for spam or automated bulk content creation

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original prompts you provide and the content you generate using our Service.

Our Service: UltraNote AI, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by UltraNote Infinity and protected by intellectual property laws.

License Grant: By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase per EU consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraNote Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These limitations do not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Member State in which our company is registered.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
